Visitors
Any visitors who have ANY symptoms of COVID-19 are not allowed to enter.
All visitors must undergo hand hygiene and wear a surgical mask (no cloth masks) over the nose and mouth for the duration of the visit. Visitors who are found not wearing a mask during their visit will be asked to leave.
Hospital & Outpatient Clinics
Community Medical Center currently has visitation restrictions in place for all CMC facilities. Starting Wednesday, September 21, patients who are allowed visitors will need to fill out a Visitor Designation Form upon admission. All visitors must check-in at the guest service desk to verify identity and sign the Visitor Acknowledgement Form. Approved visitors must display their armband at all times while in the facility. Visitor guidelines are as follows:

Elective / Discretionary Procedures
Patient visitors should wait outside the hospital while the patient is in surgery to help us maintain social distancing with other patients, visitors and our staff.
Gift Restrictions
Gifts / Balloons
Only Mylar balloons may be brought into the hospital because of the risk of latex allergies. If you wish to bring food to a patient, please check with the nurse on the patient's unit as dietary restrictions may apply.
